We continued hunting for oil and gas talent through January 2022. Across campaigns and referrals, our recruitment team screened 2,000 professionals for positions spanning multiple trades.
Recruitment in Pakistan
The recruitment campaign used Pakistan-based sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding to meet the client's professional manpower requirements.
We established a fully equipped facility with 10 industrial machines and all necessary materials. The results have been life-changing:
Islamabad: 300 professionals onboarded for the oil and gas industry.
Lahore: 500 candidates onboarded through an exciting city campaign.
Karachi: More than 700 candidates onboarded from the city of lights.
